Free delivery only applies to system units only, where detailed on the item description on our website www.pozzani.co.uk. If a product does not state free delivery then the offer will NOT apply to that product and you should assume the carriage rates shown in the cart will be charged to your card.
If you combine a free delivery product such as a system with a regular product not included in the offer (such as a spare cartridge) you will be charged carriage for the non-offer products only. For example, a system plus an additional spare cartridge would usually incur £8 approx. in carriage charges, and if you purchased both via the offer, the charge would be just £1.56 (i.e. what we charge for a cartridge on it's own).
The free carriage offer only applies to UK orders covering the mainland, surrounding isles and Northern Ireland. International orders may not be charged carriage during the checkout procedure BUT we will contact you to inform you of the carriage charges (which are charged at cost based on weight and location). At our discretion a discount may be applied to such orders in line with that offered to UK customers i.e. the equivalent of about £7 per system. In such an event there is no obligation to proceed if the additional charges for delivery are not satisfactory.
Priority shipping costs of 80p per product still apply. Typically systems are sent on 48hr deliveries, but priority shipping will change this to a 24hr service.
