In this document "we" refers to the entity Pozzani Pure Water plc of Warwick Road, Louth, Lincolnshire, UK. "Visitors" are deemed to be people visiting the site who have not registered or not logged on. "Registered users" are deemed to be people who have created an account and are logged on.
We collect information from our visitors for security and general monitoring purposes, including IP addresses, pages viewed and login attempts. some specifics regarding your configuration, including web browser version, operating system are also taken, however, no personal information is requested or recorded, nor do we store any of our information in a way which can be linked to you directly, or indirectly by ourselves or any third party.
For registered members we record various personal details, however, these are kept to the absolute minimum in order to allow us to receive, process and fulfill your order. These details will be retained in both our online and backoffice systems to fulfill our accounting and legal obligations. We reserve the right, from time to time, to send mailshots by post or email to any client who has made a purchase from us.
Payment Information
We do not retain any of your card information as standard -unless- you have opted to take a service from us which requires us to keep your card details on file (such as Autodespatch). In any such case your card details are stored using public key cryptography (GnuPG) and you will be notified during the checkout procedure that this is taking place. Pozzani Pure Water plc is a PCI/DSS compliant merchant, our website is scanned daily by McAfee for known exploits (see link on the top right), and an up to date copy of our certificate can be viewed by clicking here.
Third Parties
Occasionally where special offers are provided, through a third party, we may have to supply your details to them. We have no control over their systems, data security or what they do with their information, however, by agreeing to participate in the promotion you are deemed to have accepted that this will happen.
This website does use cookies which is necessary to allow the shopping cart to remember any items in your trolley so that they can be processed at the checkout, and also to allow the login/logout functions to work correctly. These are only temporary cookies and are deleted when you close your browser.
Data Protection Policy
Pozzani Pure Water plc are registered with the Information Comissioners Office and conduct business operations in a manner which complies with current legislation. Any requests for data release must be made in writing to the registered company address, for the attention of the data controller as outlined below.
