Ian Crabtree - 10/27/2004 We bought a Pozzani twin filter system as a part of fitting our new kitchen and we are delighted. We live in a hard water area and had previously filtered all our water through a jug system which, with a growing family, is not particularly convenient. Filtered water straight from the tap is a real treat.
The filters arrived very promptly following our web order and the fitting instructions were very good to follow. The pipe fittings were quick and easy to fit with no leaks - quite a relief as I am no plumber.
We are delighted with the results, particularly as the flow through the filters is good and not just a dribble.
An excellent buy.

Rory Street - 10/08/2004 The package arrived on time. The instructions were easy enough to follow however I did have a few problems with the saddle valve as my cold water pipe was located so close to the wall it was hard to get it clamped but no fault of the product.
Drilling the hole for the tap, ensure that you have a large enough drill bit. I didn't and had to drill several holes and connect them luckily it all worked out and the bottom of the tap covered the pilot holes I drilled.
The instructions could probably have been a bit clear on what a saddle valve was and that it only releases water after tightening the tap and then unfastening it.
Other than that it works and no leaks!!
