Phil Mc - 11/21/2011 Just fitted into our new kitchen. Instructions very easy to follow and very easy to fit if you have competence in DIY. I was recommended to get the system by my Dad (he's had his for a year) and 5 days in and the kettle is still sparkling, even though it's had lots of use making Tea and Coffee for the numerous builders and electricians...... |
Basil Colman - 09/16/2011 Hello i was looking for a product to protect a bean to cup coffee machine from scale,a problem i have had in the past,
Then i saw the Pozzani No10 Twin and decided that this could solve my problem with scale and also give me better tasting drinking water, so i decided to put Pozzani to the test.
Ordered on line 1st August arrived Tuesday 2nd and installed same day, kettle was descaled same day.
Scale, what scale? Seven weeks on and the kettle is scale free and it shines inside, unbelievable as my water is very hard here in Norfolk.
Personally i think the drinking water has been transformed i could never drink it from the tap, but now
i can and the difference in the taste just remarkable, but i must admit that my Wife can detect a slight bitter taste.
Scum is another thing of the past it just does not appear anymore and no staining in cups or mugs.
So far this is the best investment i have made and i can not praise this great product enough, very well made and good looking i am very pleased to own this super piece of kit. thank you Pozzani

Basil Colman - 08/03/2011 I have just purchased a very expensive bean to cup coffee machine and i need to protect it from limescale
so i have purchased the No10 twin from Pozzani and already we are getting good results one day on,
i can not comment on lime scale yet but scum is a thing of the past, my wife drinks green tea and it leaves the cup brown with scum not any more cup is clean.
There is no smell from the water as before and it tastes so much better already, makes a realy good smooth tasting cup of tea with no bitter taste.
delivery was free next day royal mail, ordered on Monday received fitted and working on Tuesday
One small tip after fitting make shure you realy flush the filters through with short bursts of water to clean them out.
Thank you Pozzani for a very promising piece of kit and i will be back in six Months for new filters and to comment on the limescale situation. |
Janet Barrow - 06/29/2011 Right....where do I start. I bought the No 10 twin cartridge system, with tap. Fitting was easy. I have used filter jugs for years now and was fed up buying filters all the time. I thought I'd try this system as I was desperate for a decent brew and most of the reviews were good. I am a Lancashire lass and have lived in Norfolk for 8 years. Since moving to the Fens, the water has been really bad, hence the purchase of the scale and scum cartridges. After fitting the system, the water tasted better to drink, but the tea was just as bad. Scale and oily deposits floating on the top. I thought that surely I should get at least a couple of months out of this even though they'd said 6, I wasn't convinced and would be happy with a month even. But it wasn't to be. I contacted Pozzani, and all credit to them, they were very helpful, suggested a few things to try but to no avail. They sent me a replacement scum and scale cartridge, assuming the first one was faulty, which I thought was very decent of them.
I've been using the replacement cartridge for a few weeks now, and I'm afraid to report that it is just as bad as the first, and even though we are using the supposedly filtered water, it's just as bad as if I hadn't filtered it. Our brews are still like an oil slick with particles floating. So, unfortunately, as much as I'd like to give a good review on this system, the truth is, I can't and to sum this up, it's a waste of money. Pozzani are doing thier best but I don't think these systems can cope with the water in this area which is as hard as nails. You might find it ok if your area isn't as bad. We're seriously thinking of moving to Wales where the water is softer. Drastic measures you might think, but I can't go on indefinitely not being able to enjoy a decent brew, unless someone comes up with something else. Sorry I can't be more positive. |
Liz Workman - 04/05/2011 Delighted with my water filter, very good quality and tea is now perfect, wish I had got one long ago. |
