This is what I ordered, but they were not available, and I had a phone call to advise that I could have Laica filters as an alternative, and this was fine as that was what I had been looking for. I have also been advised that Pozzani will have their own filters available next time I am ordering and I can't wait to try them. |

First, I didn't finish up with Kenwood but got Laica. This was since you advised me the Kenwood were no longer available.
It wasn't until you contacted me that I realised I hadn't ordered the Laica, which I'd had from you previously.
So I really appreciate you took the trouble of contacting me.
