We have recently updated this section to make use of our new tap selector tool. This will enable customers to see our current range of taps with more detailed pictures, along with the prices/surcharges for each model.

All prices are based on the base price of £20.29 - i.e. a tap marked free or no surcharge will cost £20.29, and a tap marked £10 will cost £30.29. Most of our touch taps and quarter turn taps are available without surcharge, however, products manufactured from stainless steel do carry a small premium.

A discount of £11.75 is included in these prices for existing Pozzani customers only. If you have another brand of filter system then you must select Non-Existing customer and pay the full price of the tap (people using non Pozzani systems but using Pozzani as their supplier of cartridges DO however qualify as Pozzani customers).

The basball bat style tap we bought as a replacement for one of the standard sytle taps that stopped working properly... it wouldn't turn off properly - after about a year and a half since new. No doubt a rubber seal is on its way out, but the unit cannot be taken apart to replace the seal like you can on a normal tap so it had to be binned for a replacement at our expense - £30 for a tap instead of £3 for a rubber seal. Went for the baseball bat style as it is more of a normal tap so you can adjust the flow rate unlike the standard ones which are on/off. Its also ergonomically just easier to use and allows a higher max flow rate. It also doesnt have a plastic handle/knob so looks nicer and feels more robust. It seems as well that you could just change a seal in it when it eventually (inevitably) wears out, avoiding having to replace the whole tap next time. I would advise anyone buying a new water filter system to go for this type of tap - especially as I understand it does not cost any more than the standard type. Its much better all around. I'd give the new one 5 stars, but there was a part missing when it arrived which of course, sods law, I didn't know about until I had the old one out and so we had no filtered water for a couple of days while I had to wait for that to be posted on seperately. The standard style ones I'd only give 2-3 stars due to the plastic lever, the fact you can't just replace a rubber seal when they go and it lacks the ease of use.

Just a great company and equipment. We have been using for about ten years DD for filters arrives every six months never any problem. Just purchased a new long tap, nothing wrong with the old one by the way. But were getting older and find the long reach better, ordered on a Saturday arrived Tuesday. Brilliant keep up the good work.
