to get filtered water on tap is just what the docter ordered,to get it for such a low price is fantastic.I recomend pozzani products and their first class service to anyone. |

Received the conversion kit as promised. Unfortunately it was faulty and leaked past the o ring seal. My measure of how good a company really is, is measured by how well they resolve problems. The team at Pozzani were faultless. Phoned me back as promised and a replacement was received the following day. I have recommended Pozzani to my friends and family. |

My old filter system was from another company and the cartridges were hard to get hold of, expensive and difficult to fit so I decided to order this after some helpful email correspondence with Pozzani.
It took about 10 minutes to fit, and works perfectly (this is a credit to clear instructions and good design not my DIY skills!) so I am very pleased. |
