In order to obtain a better level of filtration than that provided by typical fridge filters, we would recommend the installation of a dedicated fridge filter system.  This enables you to remove bacteria, pesticides and THMS as well as contaminents such as fluoride, scale-forming minerals and nitrates.

This product consists of a standard housing, commonly used on our under-the-sink systems.  The housing is situated close to the refrigerator and connected to your existing copper pipework, either directly during the plumbing installation, or via one of our 'self-tapping' saddle valves that enable you to connect the filter to an existing cold water pipe without the need for any tools or special equipment.

The filter then connects to your refrigerator as per the manufacturer's instructions, which is commonly via plastic, flexible ¼" outside diameter tubing.

For this product you may choose any of our filter systems.  Please note that the tap is not supplied with this product since it is not required.

Once you have chosen your filter, simply select it from the list below.  All systems include the initial cartridge(s), and you will be automatically added to our reminder system, which will mail you at six monthly intervals when replacements are due.

If you have existing plastic tubing of ¼" outside diameter, then this product can fit using your existing connections.  If you currently have no filter, or this is a new installation, you will require a fitting kit, which includes a saddle valve and 2m of plastic tubing.

Note: If selecting hard-plumbed (i.e. directly into your copper pipework), you cannot select the IX250, since this can only be supplied with flexible connectors.
