The E5428 cartridge, manufactured by Omnipure, is compatible with the Everpure (TM) range of water filter systems, offering water filtration of an equal or better performance with significant cost savings.

The E5428 is an 8" taste and odour cartridge that greatly improves the taste of tap water by removing chemicals such as chlorine via an activated carbon media.  If you are looking for a cartridge that also deals with scale, please refer to our EF5586 cartridge.

This cartridge is rated for 6 months.  It has a flow rate of 1.9 litres per minute.
