The Doulton Supercarb filter is specially designed for the Franke Triflow and Uniflow products.  Note: These are not genuine Avilion / Franke cartridges, but a cost effective compatible with excellent performance.

The Supercarb is a three stage ceramic cartridge that combines the efficient filtration properties of ceramic with the enhanced water treatment properties of activated carbon.  If you are looking for a Franke cartridge that specifically reduces heavy metals (such as iron/lead) please refer to the ultracarb cartridge which costs just £22.85.

It is fully compatible with the Franke FRX02 and Matrikx-1 cartridges (this product should not suffer badly in low pressure environments).

  • Doulton Supercarb Ceramic which provides genuine sub-micron filtration, reducing bacteria, cysts and turbidity.
• Stage 2
  • The incorporation of silver locked within the ceramic structure gives enhanced bacteriostatic and self-sterilizing properties.
• Stage 3
  • An inner core of activated carbon block removes chlorine and organic compounds.
