The tap was delivered quickly. I was replacing the original tap I had, and had no problem installing it myself from the instructions. It looks very nice and the water flow seems to be faster than the standard tap. |

I purchased this tap plus 2 cartridges - 2 separate orders, since when I checked basket after the first selection and then clicked 'continue shopping' the basket emptied. Thus when heading for checkout I found only my second selection in the basket. This meany 2 orders - more work for you; no 'combined' postage rate; time consuming for me. A minor frustration, but a frustration nevertheless. I use Opera as my web browser, and that may be relevant. This info is provided to help you prepare a better web interface.
Apart from that, everything ran smoothly: Tap arrived ok, is now fitted and working well - much better than the standard tap which is designed to suffer fatigue failure of the spout at the valve operating lever.
Many thanks for continued fine service - have been a happy and satisfied customer for about 20 years now. |
