Typically the systems are designed to be installed for several years without much on-going maintenance, however, as with all plumbing fittings under constant pressure, time can occasionally cause certain parts to wear and eventually fail.

Generally we would advise most customers with problems to contact us before purchasing parts - this section is intended to enable customers who know what they require to fix the problem to purchase parts quickly and efficiently.

For customers on older style under-counter systems you will be sent the new styled upgraded IX250 housing, which is fully compatible with your existing piping/tap etc.
