Renew your water filter Cartridges

We have now implemented a new system which will permit customers to lookup their database records, enabling you to quickly see the filters you have used previously. To use this service you will need both your reference number and postcode for security.

If your reference number starts MFI then please note this is the letter I (I for indigo) not the number 1 - The MFI prefix denotes your system was originally supplied through an MFI outlet or a Hygena Display stand (occasionally found in stores other than MFI).

Reference Number
Postcode

We need your reference number and postcode to double check your identity and lookup your record.

For security please key in the random code shown on the left
