Product Details

Nitrate Removal cartridge designed to fit the Pozzani No. 10 Housing:

  • Estimated life of 3 months (dependent upon contamination levels).
  • Flow rate of 3 litres per minute.
  • Removes suspended solids and nitrates.

Either the IX600, IX600P, KX600 or BC600 cartridge must be fitted after the NR600 cartridge.  Information on these four cartridges is provided on the previous page.

For reviewer who is unable to test whether this is working: this is easily done - buy yourself an aquarium nitrate test kit (e.g. made by API) which costs about £7 - test your tap water from unfiltered tap, then test your tap water from tap attached to your water filter. I find it reduces my nitrate levels from about 40 ppm to less than 10 ppm.
