I've been using the IX250 filter system for over 5 years now. Our water supply comes from an un-treated well on our property and the water can have a lot of particles, colour, etc when it rains. Since we've installed the filter we get reliable crystal clear drinking water for a very reasonable price. Filters easily last 6 months. No complaints. |

I have been using Pozzani water filters for nearly 20 years. Initially I used a Kenwood water filter jug which used Pozzani cartridge filters, when that system ceased I installed a Pozzani 1X250 water filter direct onto my kitchen cold water supply, this was approximately 8 years back. I am as impressed today as I was in the begining, the service is as good as it gets, what odd query I've had has always been dealt with courteously, promptly and efficiently without quibble. Further replacement reminders and replacement filters are also dealt with in the same manor.
Having been employed by a USA global company for many years, I do feel I am able to recognise a superb outfit when I deal with one and I would put POZZANI right up there. |

We have been using Pozzani filters for about 25 years and love the clear, refreshing water that comes from our IX250 under-counter system. I would go so far as to say that we really miss our water when we are away and have to drink other peoples' tap water. Pozzani's response to orders has always been return of post and we have never been let down. |

My father- in -law bought us our first system and we have always been very happy with it, so when we moved house we just had to have anew one for our new home. this was 18 years ago and we still use it every day, we updated the system and had to replace the tap recently but we just wouldn't be with out it . :0) |
