I couldn't fault any aspect of the service in any way: I will certainly return to Pozzani to renew the Tri-Flow water filter on future anniversaries. The Doulton filter supplied seems of excellent quality, gives a really good flow rate and was much cheaper than the product on offer via Franke. My wholehearted recommendation |

We've been using Doulton Ultracarb filters for our Franke Triflow for a few years now, we're very satisfied with the quality and over that time we have had consistently excellent service from Pozzani. |
