The initial filter delivery was next day, unfortunately this was not supplied with the correct connection size.
I contacted Pozzani by email and received a follow up phone call. A filter with the correct connections was received 2 days later and was provided with a free returns label for the original filter.

Saturday my wife reminded me (yet again) to change the filter on the tri-flow tap as her tea was tasting off.
I resignedly tapped the maker's name into Google, found their site, and nearly had apoplexy. Then on quickly typing in 'replacement water cartridges' and finding your site I calmed down again. I placed an order then and received confirmation immediately. Monday an e-mail told me it had been despatched and about when it would arrive. Wednesday it arrived as expected.
It took less than 5 minutes to plumb in, most of which time was gaining access to the isolator. (You'd be amazed at the number of times the previous supplier has provided replacements with different couplings and arcane adaptors.)
So... everything was as advertised, I always knew the schedule so didn't have to wait in for delivery, fitting could not have been simpler and the cost was about 1/4 that of my previous supplier. Maybe now I will be less reluctant to change filters and my wife can enjoy her tea without complaint.
More to the point, when I do need more filters I know exactly where I shall go to. I am also passing my experience on to others.

Filter arrived packaged well and with very clear fitting instructions. Very easy to fit after a brief read of the instructions.
Order processed very efficiently and kept informed of delivery process.
