Newer Astracast Springflow(tm) systems use a housing based cartridge which is connected using rather intuitive push fit isolating valves. To change the cartridge you simply unhook the housing (which automatically disconnects the water supply), unscrew the housing, replace the cartridge and refit.

Unfortunately our regular compatible, our GS10J is not ideally suit to this method of installation since it is designed to connect DIRECT to plastic tubing not a push fit connector. However, we've created a special cartridge for this purpose based on our popular GS10J, which comes supplied with rigid plastic stems in a similar style to those on the original Astracast product (original product shown below).



Basically to use our cartridge click out the Astracast one (should like the one above), and instead click this one back in place of the entire unit.
