The IX600P is a granular carbon based cartridge blended with ion exchange resin, removing virtually all Chlorine, sediment and dissolved organics and greatly reducing heavy metals such as lead, iron and copper. This version includes an additional scale inhibitor which will reduce scale in hard water areas.

This cartridge is manufactured at our facility in the UK to strict quality control standards and will offer similar performance to the original Culligan Waterside cartridges at a more economic price.

For soft water areas the regular IX600 cartridge should be used.
