The tap is fine. The service second to none. Shortly after placing the order I realised that it was possible that the short reach tap may not fit on our new sink and that we may need the longer reach one. When I telephoned Pozzani asking them to postpone the order until I had seen the plumber they said not to worry they would send both tap ends and a stamped addressed envelope to send back the one I didn't use - at no extra cost.
When the plumber was re-fitting our filter he needed an end fitting and we couldn't obtain one locally. Once again a phone call to Pozzani yielded the necessary fitting by return of post and free of charge. You can't get better service than that anywhere.
