Sadly it is rare these days to be able to say that a purchasing process went well from start to finish. Pozzani have provided me with this experience.
A clear concise website. Prompt confirmation of order. Delivery on time and well packaged. Nothing missing and good, clear installation instructions.
The twin system was easy to install. A task that just about anyone could take on without problem.
Once installed just turn on the tap and "Bingo" - good clear water 'on tap', just as promised. I had previously installed a competitor product from Franke but after the 2nd tap failure decided that a change was due.
Pozzani quality is every bit as good and around half the price AND I no longer need my Brita filter jug.

Pretty easy to install - you just need to be able (and confident enough) to drill a hole in your sink. Once that's done the rest is really easy.
Once you have run the system in it's seems to be really good. Water tastes light and clean and the scale and scum remover seems to cope with Kent (Chalk bore hole) water really well.
It would get 5*'s if i had some idea how long the scale and scum filter will last (The sites vague on that) and if a drill bit was a option to add as part of the kit - as it's a 11 or 12 mm one and thats large - so most people probably won't have one.
If the Scale filter lasts 4+ months it will get 5*'s (and i'd drop it to 3*'s if it was only 2 months). |

Bought this system to replace an older, single-cartridge type. The upgrade was to improve water softness in an area with very hard water (Doncaster - our water comes from Selby boreholes). This worked a treat, the system has been istalled for well over 6 months with barely a sign of Kettle fur - no descaling necessary. Both my wife and myself would heartily recommend this system to anyone wanting cleaner, tastier and softer water |

I bought this system, in fact two of them (one for the sink and the other for the ice maker on my fridge) about 18 months ago. I've been delighted with them. When we play games with guests to ask them if they can tell the Pozzani water from the Evian, they are never able to. That's the best testament to the system, I feel.
My only reservation is that we live in an extremely hard water area (Bedfordshire) and the anti-scum part of the dual filter system certainly does not last for the quoted 10,000 litres. However, the cartridges are a very reasonable price and one's 'pure' water is still infinitely cheaper than bottled water and just as nice to taste.
Lastly, the firm are great to deal with. No horrible automatic answer systems, personal service and very speedy dispatch of replacement filters. |
