The 20" Big Blue water filter is intended for very large whole-house applications or industrial systems where high flow rates are required.  The housings feature larger cartridges than our typical drinking water systems, thus enabling them to offer similar filtration performance, but without a noticeable drop in flow.

Big Blue systems are sold as housings only.  This means you will need to purchase an appropriate cartridge from our cartridges section for use with this product.  Typically, for physical particle removal, you would purchase a sediment cartridge.  For chlorine (taste/odour) removal you would purchase a block carbon filter.  Please ensure when selecting a filter that it matches your housing size (i.e. for this housing a 20" cartridge is required).  We also offer a fixing bracket to tidy up your installation, and a housing spanner (to make unfastening the unit easier), as options with this product.
