So called ‘American Style’ refrigerators that have integral cold water dispensers usually have a filter on the water supply leading to the fridge that cleans and improves the taste of the water.

If your fridge has an externally fitting cartridge, our generic replacement will usually be appropriate.  The list below outlines the most popular brands with which it is compatible, however, if your model is not shown below, please contact us to check compatibility.

Fridge filters should normally be changed every 6 months.  It is not advisable that a filter cartridge is used beyond its recommended life – it may harbour bacteria.
