We are happy to announce to both our new and existing customers the arrival of our new model of fridge filter - the GS12J.

Most fridge filter suppliers in the UK typically supply 10" cartridges, and whilst these are great value for money (in fact our own 10" cartridge is the number 1 selling fridge filter in the UK), the filter is slightly different in terms of dimensions and capacities to the standard WSF100.

This, for the purposes of the filtration performance, is not too important - the 10" models work exceptionally reliably at filtering chlorine and sediment and greatly improve the taste of your water.    However, the 12" version does offer a longer contact time through an increased volume of carbon (double the amount) which means it's filtration rate is marginally higher, and for people with particularly problematic water supplies this may be preferable.   The 12" version also has the same diameter body as the Samsung original, meaning it will fit your original Samsung bracket perfectly.
