I called number of times to order my item over the telephone but got no response, i had to wait 30 mins to an hour but never use to get any response so i though i have spent more on my phone calls then the actual price of my item. i don't really like giving my credit card details over the internet due to bad experience but i had no choice.
It was very easy to find my items and it was much quicker. once my item was ordered a confirmation was sent via email straight away will all the details
I would say the ovrall rating was very good but apart from the telephone order which needs to be improved.

This fridge filter is great value for money. We have an LG fridge and have tried other universal filters but this one definately is the preferred one. Would recommend! |

WHEN I PURCHASED MY AMERICAN TYPE FRIDGE,IT WAS BECAUSE OF A KIDNEY CONDITION I HAVE,AND I HAVE TO DRINK A MIN 6LTS WATER A DAY. AND TO BE TOLD THE FILTERS WOULD COST£45.00+ EVERY SIX MONTHS!!.SO WHEN I FOUND THE POZZANI WEB SITE AND THEY DONE A COMPATIBLE FRIDGE FILTER AT A QUARTER THE PRICE .WELL I,V BEEN USEING POZZANI FILTERS FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND I CANT TELL THE DIFFERANCE IN QUALITY,JUST THE COST.... |
