The LT500P cartridge has been popular in recent models of LG fridge, following the trend of many other fridge companies in moving towards internal filters. Easy to change and alleviating the need to shift the fridge to replace a filter located behind it, the internal does have some distinct advantages, however, it is also a relatively expensive filter and due to ongoing customer comments, we have sourced a new alternative which we believe to be just as good.

Our WF290 compatible is virtually identical in shape and fits in exactly the same method. Like the original it is supplied retail boxed with full fitting instructions, meaning even if this is your first cartridge change it should be relatively hassle free. We believe this compatible to be every bit as good as the original and our testing indicates filtration performance and media life to be in line with the manufacturers part.
