Our fridge did not come with a fitted water filter and so I spent quite a bit of time researching on the net how to add an external one. I came across the Pozzani website and I ordered two cartridges which I received very promptly. Besides the price, I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised that the package included a holder for the cartridge, two screws to attach it (the holder) to a wall, and all the necessary bits to attach the water pipe to the cartridge, such as nuts and even a plastic spanner, etc. In the end all I had to do was drill two holes on the wall, cut the pipe in two using a sharp scalpel, and the installation was complete. The cartridge is very easy to remove from the wall when it is time to replace it after the advised six months period. It really was as easy as this. My family was impressed with the quality of the water. I would recommend shopping with Pozzani, especially given their thoughts as to what to include with the cartridge! Top marks! |

The filter sent to me was defective. This was reported to Pozzani. They sent a replacement immediately and I received it within 24 hours. Good service. I will continue to use them. |

i have a bosh kan58a10 side by side fridge and the filters are very very very perfect... and the taste of water is very very very good too. in italy (where i live) this filters are a lot more expensive. thanks to pozzani. really. |
