My husband bought this cartridge from Pozzani as it was considerably cheaper than buying direct from Hoover - in fact I can say I was gobsmacked by the price Hoover was charging! It was delivered extremely promptly and we would not hesitate to use the company again. |

the product was easy to identify and order from the online catalogue.
the ordering and payment process was quick and efficient.
the delivery was quicker than first stated, probably allowed for delays.
the product was as the original, so obviously in excellent condition.
i did have a problem getting it to work so i rang pozzani, they went through possible problems with the cartridge which it proved was a problem with the fridge/freezer. but they advised on how to get relevant advice from the manufacturer.
in short, a very easy and trouble-free transaction. |
