It is very difficult to review an item when it is not delivered. The Company then expect you to chase after the item, on their behalf, around the Post Office, and when you have done that, they want you to complete claim forms. Absolutely awful Customer relations, i have never experienced anything so poor. If things go ok then they are fine, god forbid if you have an item that isn't delivered.
