The FL-002 from FilterLogic offers consumers a low cost, economic alternative to the popular Franke Triflow cartridges found in three way taps across Europe.
The FL-002 replaces the Franke 02 filter (which was previously known as FRX02 and FR9455). This fits classic Triflow systems (both plastic and stainless housings) which have a screw threaded filter and were purchased prior to May 2011.
Franke systems are sold with ceramic filters with a carbon core, designed to offer the customer protection against bacteria through mechanical filtration whilst improving the general taste by removing chlorine, sediment and dissolved organics. The FilterLogic FL-002 features a high quality ceramic outer with a sintered carbon core and is suitable for use on all mains supplied water as a broad spectrum cartridge. The cartridge should not be used for private water applications (wells or boreholes) without adequate disinfection.
This filter should be replaced every six months.
