This system is also ideal for use on water treated using reverse osmosis as this water is often stripped of minerals, giving it a bland taste.

Installation of the system is easy and no previous plumbing experience is necessary. Once fitted, maintenance is minimal; the cartridges simply need to be replaced every six months.

The maximum operating pressure rating for the system is 95 psi. If your pressure is expected to exceed 90 psi we recommend the fitting of a pressure regulator.

The ambient temperature operating range is 5°C to 40°C and the housing should be protected from cold, frost and excess heat.

Cartridges and performance

JU600

The JU600 is a straight calcium cartridge containing slowly dissolving calcium. It is recommended for water that has a pH value of above 6.

JC600

Containing a blend of calcium and magnesium media to raise the pH of water, this cartridge is recommended for water with a pH below 6 or a high flow rate.

IX600

This is a general purpose multi-stage cartridge that will remove chlorine, heavy metals, dissolved organics, oestrogens and more. Dirt and suspended solids are also removed down to 5 microns.
