Aquada Maxima 4 Ultraviolet Disinfection (UV) System - 55 Litres per Minute
In stock
The Aquada Maxima 4 UV System is the high‑capacity variant in the Maxima series, combining advanced UV intensity monitoring with robust performance for demanding water treatment applications. Designed to not only detect lamp failure but continuously measure UV intensity, it ensures that the delivered disinfection dose remains within safe margins. This makes it especially suited for larger domestic systems, small commercial operations, guesthouses, food processing, or any setting where microbiological safety is critical and water flows are substantial.
Constructed with an electropolished 316 stainless steel reactor and a smart control module, the Maxima 4 offers audible and visual alarms, a digital lamp life counter, and interface capability for external safety shut‑off valves. With its rigorous monitoring, durable construction, and elevated flow capacity, this model delivers reliability, safety, and confidence for installations where performance must not be compromised.
Key Features
This system delivers exceptional protection by integrating lamp failure detection and real‑time UV intensity monitoring in a single system. As the lamp operates, the UV sensor continuously measures the irradiance; if the UV level drops below the preset threshold, the system triggers audible and visual alarms, ensuring that under‑disinfection is avoided. The built‑in digital lamp life counter logs runtime in hours and alerts operators when the lamp must be replaced, maintaining consistent sterilising performance over time.
Beyond monitoring, the Maxima 4 is engineered for ease of use and durability. The Safe‑T‑Cap lamp connector allows tool‑free removal and reinstallation of the lamp and quartz sleeve, simplifying maintenance. Its electropolished 316 stainless steel reactor resists scale, corrosion, and fouling, while the compact control housing supports clean installation. An interface port enables connection to a solenoid safety valve for automatic flow shut‑off under fault conditions. Altogether, these features make the Maxima 4 a high‑confidence, low‑maintenance UV system for large flow, high scrutiny installations.
