The FilterLogic FFL-150L is our own filter, designed to serve as an economical substitute to LT500P, 5231JA2002A and ADQ72910907 cartridges, and offers consumers a high-quality compatible with substantial cost savings over the originals.
Our compatible cartridge features a high-quality carbon block which removes chlorine, sediment and dissolved organics, resulting in fresh filtered water which is free from unwanted tastes and odours.
Please note that LG use four or five different internal filters for European models, which are all easily identifiable by their physical appearance, but we do suggest customers double check to ensure this will be suitable for their specific fridge.

All orders placed before 12:30pm will usually be dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed between 12:30pm Friday and 12:30pm Monday are dispatched on Monday.
Although every effort is made to ensure our dispatch times are met, they cannot be guaranteed.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for your order to arrive. We reserve the right to upgrade high-value orders to a courier service of our choice for insurance purposes, usually DHL or Parcelforce.

In some instances, the fulfilment of our products may be handled by a third party, usually where bespoke packaging or specialist courier handling is required and suitable provisions are already in place with either the manufacturer or national distributor.
These orders will still ship via next-day courier; however, the cut-off times for same-day dispatch may vary depending on the supplier’s location.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
