The Franke Filterflow cartridge has been used since 2013, known as part Franke 03 - It supercedes the screw fit cartridges and instead features a 'push-fit' quick change system which allows cartridges to be changed with the minimal of fuss under the sink.
The FL-003 from FilterLogic is a direct compatible part manufactured from a high quality ceramic shell and sintered carbon core. Whilst this filter will offer excellent performance, both for bacterial and aesthetic improvement, it should be noted that these products should not be used on private water supplies (such as wells or boreholes) without adequate disinfection beforehand.
This filter should be replaced every six months.

All orders placed before 12:30pm will usually be dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed between 12:30pm Friday and 12:30pm Monday are dispatched on Monday.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for your order to arrive. We reserve the right to upgrade high-value orders to a courier service of our choice for insurance purposes, usually DHL or Parcelforce.

In some instances, the fulfilment of our products may be handled by a third party, usually where bespoke packaging or specialist courier handling is required and suitable provisions are already in place with either the manufacturer or national distributor.
These orders will still ship via next-day courier; however, the cut-off times for same-day dispatch may vary depending on the supplier’s location.
In line with distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your goods to return them to us if you have changed your mind for any reason
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us.
