The combination of cartridges in this twin system makes it an affordable means of achieving efficient nitrate reduction as well as lowering levels of many other unhealthy and unpleasant chemicals and metals. The result is freshly filtered drinking water straight from the tap that is difficult to distinguish from shop bought bottled water.
Installation of the system is easy and no previous plumbing experience is necessary. Once fitted, maintenance is minimal; the cartridges simply need to be replaced every six months (depending on use and water quality).
The maximum operating pressure rating for the system is 95 psi. If your pressure is expected to exceed 90 psi we recommend the fitting of a pressure regulator.
The ambient temperature operating range is 5°C to 40°C and the housing should be protected from cold, frost and excess heat.

All orders placed before 12:30pm will usually be dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed between 12:30pm Friday and 12:30pm Monday are dispatched on Monday.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for your order to arrive. We reserve the right to upgrade high-value orders to a courier service of our choice for insurance purposes, usually DHL or Parcelforce.

In some instances, the fulfilment of our products may be handled by a third party, usually where bespoke packaging or specialist courier handling is required and suitable provisions are already in place with either the manufacturer or national distributor.
These orders will still ship via next-day courier; however, the cut-off times for same-day dispatch may vary depending on the supplier’s location.
In line with distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your goods to return them to us if you have changed your mind for any reason
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us.
