The Pozzani Soft Scale filter is a point of use, salt-free, water scale prevention system which ensures the best quality drinking water.
This filter uses a revolutionary scale prevention media (Filtersorb® SP3) which enables Nucleation Assisted Crystallization (NAC)/Template Assisted Crystallization (TAC), this turns calcium (hard water) into harmless crystals. These crystals cannot dissolve in water making them easy to wipe off surfaces.
Pozzani's Soft Scale can be used for the following applications:
- Home appliances (taps, shower heads, washing machines, etc),
- Major appliances (central heating, air conditioning, water coolers, etc)
- Industrial appliances (food and beverage, nurseries and car washing etc).
Oil, iron, etc MAY require pre-filtration if there is an issue.
NOTE: Do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the unit. System must be maintained according to manufacturer’s instructions. Pre-treatment for sediment, Iron, Hydrogen Sulphide, Manganese, Hydrocarbons and Copper may be required depending on conditions. Install systems in new facilities with copper pipe after six weeks of water use.

In line with distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your goods to return them to us if you have changed your mind for any reason
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us. Returns must be sent to Pozzani Pure Water Ltd, Fairfield Industrial Estate, Warwick Road, Louth, LN11 0YB and include your full name, delivery address and telephone number as per your original order
